B-Blossom is a plant-based gourmet food company born from a passion for healthy and author cuisine.
We believe in mastering every aspect of the culinary process with our natural resources creating delicious, seasonal, healthy and plant-based cuisine. This adds to our goal of providing a unique, high-level experience.
Our mission is to prepare and serve healthy, nutritious and delicious meals, while educating and engaging our community, sharing nutrition tools and promoting a healthy diet. We can create menus for social, corporate, school, healthcare and other organizations that serve populations and individuals with special dietary needs.
Our philosophy is based on a healthy diet, with the belief that food can be one’s medicine. B-Blossom develops recipes utilizing plant-based food products. We take extra care in securing the highest quality ingredients available, supporting regional farmers and diverse food producers.
Our goal is to provide our community with healthier food options through cooking classes, demos (both in-person and virtual). We have also developed several product lines which we intend to introduce to communities via grocery stores, restaurants and even retail and wholesale distribution.
With more than 15 years of experience in hospitality, catering and education, our value offer provides a comprehensive service with a wide interesting variety in our kitchen and specialized menus, maintaining the highest quality standards, with fresh products and a high innovation component in everything we serve to our diners.
With a great culinary career of 40 years in New York City, Chef Matthew FMP, CEC, CCE, has served as a sous-chef, chef and executive chef.
Regional executive chef of a major food services company for more than ten years, he has been faithful to his idea of presenting creative dishes, focused on plant-based cuisine for better health.
Showman in the International Restaurant & Food service show at the Javits Center for 5 years.
Aware that nutrition and good eating habits are a critical point for the community, he has focused on providing food education to students, parents, impact patients and organizations that support the idea of a healthy and environmentally friendly life.
He has worked with the American Heart Association on Heart Healthy Choices and collaborated with the American Diabetes Foundation on Healthy Cooking Techniques.
His recipes include a variety of vegan and seasonal menus reinventing the traditional food version without losing its essence. B-Blossom Chef is listed as one of the most recognized Chefs in its community, thanks to its historical constancy, trajectory and heritage in culinary performance in NYC.
B-Blossom has a wide portfolio of recipes tested and adjusted to the current nutritional challenges of families and individuals who want to eat well and improve their dietary habits. At B-Blossom Academy we share and instruct a number of practical, versatile and innovative recipes, with healthy and common ingredients for all palates, as well as cooking techniques and product handling, among others.
